<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-EDA18 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND <br />DESIGNATING AN EDA LIAISON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission acts as an advisory commission to the <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA) on matters that relate to fostering a positive economic climate, <br />encouraging economic development, and enhancing the tax base of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the membership of the Economic Development Commission is comprised of four <br />residents and three business representatives; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of the below listed persons expired on December 31, 1994; and <br />Rosemary Goff <br />Peg Mountin <br />Dan Nelson <br />Delane Welsch <br />Mark Malone (Western Bank) <br />Ronald Schmidt (Mounds View Amoco) <br />Philip Seipp (SYSCO Minnesota) <br />EDA Liaison Gary Quick <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each person is interested in being reappointed to the Economic Development <br /> <br />Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Authority of the City <br />of Mounds View hereby reappoints the following persons to the Economic Development Commission for <br />staggered terms expiring as follows: <br />Rosemary Goff <br />Delane Welsch <br />Mark Malone (Western Bank) <br />Ronald Schmidt (Mounds View Amoco) <br />Dan Nelson <br />Peg Mountin <br />Philip Seipp (SYSCO Minnesota) <br /> <br />December 31, 1997 <br />December 31, 1997 <br />December 31, 1996 <br />December 31, 1996 <br />December 31, 1995 <br />December 31, 1995 <br />December 31, 1995 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br />Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby designates Commissioner Sue Hankner as the EDA Liaison and <br />Commissioner Gary Quick as the alternate EDA Liaison with terms expiring December 31, 1995 <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of Jan.!!.ary, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />.
