Each group would be responsible for c.'ol11pletinp the particulars of an assigned program <br />such as the Buy Mounds View First Campaign, Advertising Campaign, Good News Campaigll and the <br />implementation and coordination of image enhancers. Each gnmp would work independently ,,~th City <br />Staff assistance and the full task force ",~ll meet and discuss progress on programs quarterly.
