<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-EDA38 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY OFFICERS <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, Article III. Section 3.1 of the Econon~ic Development <br />Authority Bylaws requires that thc President, Vice-President and Secretary be electcd annually at <br />the first meeting of the year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, President, Vice-President and Secretary appointment shall be <br />duly elected members of the Mounds View City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Aliicle III, Section 3.2 of the Economic Development <br />Authority Bylaws requires that vacancies of the office of Treasurer. Exccutive Dircctor/Assistant <br />Treasurer and Clerk shall be appointed by the Economic Development Authority Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Treasurer, Executivc Director/Assistant Treasurer and Clerk <br />need not be held by duly elected members of the Mounds View City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the office of the Treasurer, Executive Director! Assistant <br />Treasurer and Clerk arc vacant and successors need to bc elected by the Board. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Authority of the City of Mounds View rcelects the following for the office of <br />President, Vice-President, and Secretary and Appoints the following persons to serve as <br />Treasurcr, Executive Director/Assistant Treasurcr and Clerk: <br /> <br />Jerry Linke, President <br />Phyllis Blanchard, Vice President <br />Julie Trude, Secretary <br />Mary Tatarek, Treasurer <br />Cathy Bennett, Executive Director/Assistant Treasurer <br />Tamara Saefke, Clerk <br /> <br />Adopted this 5th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />-;;3/~~ <br />President _ <br /> <br /> <br />(!~~ <br /> <br />.
