<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-EDA39 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST A TE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION AND DESIGNATING EDA LIAISONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission acts as an advisory <br />commission to the Economic Development Authority (EDA) on matters that relatc to fostering a <br />positive economic climate, encouraging economic development, and enhancing the tax base of <br />the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the membcrship of the Economic Development Commission <br />is comprised of four residents and three business representatives; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of the below listed persons expired on December <br /> <br />31, 1995; and <br /> <br />Peg Mountin (resign) <br />Dan Nelson <br />Philip Seipp (SYSCO Minnesota) (resign) <br />EDA Liaison Sue Hankncr <br />Alternate EDA Liaison Gary Quick <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each person was contacted in regard to being reappointed to <br />the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Dcvelopment Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby reappoints Dan Nelson to the <br />Economic Development Commission for a three year term expiring December 31, 1998; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Authority ofthc City of Mounds View hereby redesignate Commissioner Sue <br />Hankner as the EDA Liaison and Commissioner Gary Quick as the alternate EDA Liaison with <br />terms expiring December 31, 1996. <br /> <br />Adopted this 5th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />:-b <br />President <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Ex c ve DIrector <br />
