<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-EDA41 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ELECTED CHAIRPERSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Chapter 408.07, Subdivision 1 entitled <br />Economic Development Commission. Organization states that "at the first regular meeting of the <br />year, the Commission shall appoint a chairperson from among its voting members and that this <br />appointment shall be subject to Authority approval and shall consist of a one year term"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, through a unanimous vote of the Economic Development <br />Commission members on January 25, 1996 Dan Nelson was appointed chairperson of the <br />Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the appointment of Dan <br />Nelson as chairperson of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Adopted this 5th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br />^ TTEST: <br /> <br />(::2:;7~ <br /> <br />7 President <br /> <br />r;.dL ~ <br /> <br />E~ve Director <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
