<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9B-EDABl <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />CITI OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTI OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ELECTED CHAIRPERSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Chapter 408.07, Subdivision 1 <br />entitled Economic Development Commission, Organization states that "at the first <br />regular meeting of the year, the Commission shall appoint a chairperson from among <br />its voting members and that this appointment shall be subject to Authority approval <br />and shall consist of a one year term"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, through a unanimous vote of the Economic <br />Development Commission members on December 18, 1997 Cindy Carlson was <br />appointed chairperson of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the <br />appointment of Cindy Carlson as chairperson of the Economic Development <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of January, 1998. <br /> <br />ArrEST: <br /> <br />fd~/l~~? - <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />cY&J LJq~ <br /> <br />Executive Director <br />
