<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOf\ NO, 99 EDA - } 20 <br />Decertifying Tax Increment Financing District 4 in tbe City of I\'Iounds Vic\\' <br />Mounds View Economic Development Authorit.y- <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of \t1innesota <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority created Tax Increment Financing <br />District 4, the "TIF District" in 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain property in the TIF District was originally but is no longer anticipated to be <br />subject to property taxation. <br /> <br />!'lOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View Economic Development <br />Authority: <br />I. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That Tax Increment Financing District 4 shall be decertified on December 31, 1999, <br />for taxes payable 2000 and thereafter; and <br />Staff is hereby directed to take the steps necessary to decertify Tax Increment <br />Financing District No.4, including providing a written request to Ramsey County to <br />decertify the TIF District. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Mounds View Economic Development Authority this 13th day of <br />December, 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Executive Director <br />
