OO-EDA-124 <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUSINESS SUBSIDY CRITERIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Sections 116J.993 through 1161.995 (the "Statutes") require the <br />adoption of criteria for the granting of business subsidies as defined in the Statutes; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority has determined that it is necessary and <br />appropriate to adopt business subsidy criteria pursuant to the Statutes; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority has performed all the actions required by law to be <br />performed prior to the adoption and the approval of the proposed business subsidies, including the <br />holding of a public hearing upon published notice as required by law on March 13th, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Mound View Economic Development Authority, <br />Mounds View Minnesota, that the business subsidy criteria, contained in Exhibit A of this resolution are <br />hereby approved, ratified, established, and adopted and shall be placed on file at City Hall. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Commissioner Marty seconded <br />by Commissioner Thomason, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Commissioners Marty, Thomason, Quick, and Stigney <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 13th Day of March <br /> <br />/,/ " ~-\ /" // <br />./ A /, " /" ': <br />-. ,': /1 ! <br />/ /\. ~ 11 ~ r { / 0- (.f "7 :. \. ,A \ <br />I D~n Cougblifi/ 'r~Lgent) . <br />\,. 7 /,: \~./ ~ <br />. .~~ <br />. ? <br />Michael Ulrich, Acting Executive Director <br /> <br />A TrEST: <br /> <br />N:\DA TA \GROll PS\ECONDI ~ V\ED^ \Rcsol utions\Rcs OO\RcsOO-124. doc <br />
