OO-EDA-137 RESOLUTION ADOPTING CLARIFICATIONS OF PRIOR BUDGETS AND i\10DIFICATIONS TO THE TAX INCREME~T FINANCING IlLA~S FOR TAX Il\CREMENT FINANCI1\'G DISTRICTS l\'OS. I, 2 Al\'D 3. WITHIl\' THE MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IlROJECT AREA AND ADOPTING THE )lOI>IFICATION TO THE TAX INCRE)lENT FINANCING PLAN THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of the Mounds View Economic Development Authority. Minnesota (the "EDA"). as follows: Section 1. Recitals. 1.01. The Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "EDA") has heretofore established the Mounds View Economic Development Project Area and adopted the Development Program therefore and established Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and adopted the Tax Increment Financing Plan therefore. It has been proposed that the Board restate and confirm prior budgets and adopt Modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans (the "Modifications") for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1.2 and 3 (the "District"), all pursuant to and in confomlity with applicable law. including Minnesota Statutes, 469.090 through 469.1081, and Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive as amended (the "Act"), all as retlected in the Modifications, and presented for the Board's consideration. 1.02. The Board has investigated the facts related to the Clarifications and Modifications and has caused the Modifications to be prepared. 1.03. The City has performed all actions required by law to be performed prior to the adoption and approval of the proposed Modifications. including, but not limited to, notification of Ramsey County and Independent School District No. 621 having taxing jurisdiction over the property included in the District, and the holding ofa public hearing upon published notice as required by la\'/. 1.04. The City is not modifying the boundaries of Mounds View Economic Development Project Area. 1.05. The City is not modifying the boundaries nor term of the Districts. Section 2. Findings l'or the Tax Increment Plan Modification 2.01. The Board hereby reatTirms the original findings for the District, namely that when the Districts were established, they were established as "redevelopment districts" under Minnesota Statutes.
