<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-EDA-141 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY VICE <br />PRESIDENT AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, members of the Economic Development Authority act as representatives to <br />City Commissions and other organizations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following representatives of the Economic Development Authority have <br />been named to act in the following capacity for the year 2001 : <br /> <br />Economic Development Authority Vice President Roger Stigney; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is dependent upon and appreciative of citizen input <br />through its boards and commissions, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following individuals have submitted requests to serve on the EDC: <br /> <br />Stan McDonald (exp 2003) <br />Sean Walther (exp 2003) <br />Torri Johnson (exp 2003) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority of the <br />City of Mounds View that the aforementioned appointments are hereby approved. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January, 2001 <br />::--. <br />.~ s.-!~ --" <br />Richard Sonterre, EDA President <br /> <br />'{SEAL) <br /> <br /><'7<\~">l{\_-,::"':-----/}Li/{-- <br />Kathle"'8n Miller, Executive Director <br />
