Resolved. <br /> <br />2.01 The Board hereby determines that the Authority's expenditure of <br />tax increment funds would be in furtherance of the Project Plan and hereby <br />reaffirms said action as approved in Resolution 00-EDA-136. <br /> <br />2.02 The Board of the Authority hereby authorizes a maximum payment of <br />$30,000 to install trailway lighting improvements from County Road H to Woodale <br />Drive on the south side of the County Highway 10 corridor for safety, aesthetic and <br />redevelopment purposes. <br /> <br />2.03 The $30,000 payment shall be paid from the unexpended funds <br />originally authorized by the Authority in Resolution 00-EDA-136. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Mounds View Economic Development <br />Authority this 25th day of February, 2002. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~-v~ <br /> <br />Richard .Sonterre, President <br /> <br />.A.
