<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-EDA-162 <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF RESIDENT <br />REPRESENTATIVE TOM FIELD TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM ON <br />THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Commission (EDC) <br />consists of seven members appointed by the Authority President with the approval of the <br />majority of the Authority; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the membership of the EDC is made up of four resident <br />representatives and three business representatives; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority originally approved the appointment of resident <br />representative Tom Field to serve on the EDC, on October 13, 1997; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tom Field's last term on the EDC expired December 31,2001; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS.
