<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EDA RESOLUTION NO. 04-EDA-193 <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ARRANGE FOR A WETLAND <br />DELINEATION OF THE BRIDGES GOLF COURSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "Authority") <br />has directed staff to explore all potential options relating to the Bridges of Mounds View <br />Golf Course (the "Bridges"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority has become aware of interest in the Bridges for a <br />potential corporate office campus redevelopment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to effectively determine and assess the future redevelopment potential, <br />the Authority recognizes the need to undertake a current and accurate delineation of the <br />wetlands on the Bridges site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has received five proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a <br />wetland delineation in accordance with all regulatory guidelines and standards; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consulting firm Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH, Inc.) submitted <br />the lowest cost proposal to conduct a wetland delineation of the Bridges site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Mounds View Economic <br />Development Authority hereby authorizes the consulting firm of SEH, Inc. to conduct a <br />wetland delineation of the Bridges Golf Course site in accordance with their proposal dated <br />August 18, 2004, at a cost not to exceed $2,000. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of August, 2004 by the <br />Mounds View Economic Development Authority <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />~rYL' e, resi ent <br /> <br />. &L~fL5) <br /> <br />urt Ulrich, Executive Director <br />
