<br />J' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 436 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE REVISION AND RECODIFICATION OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW ORDINANCES TO BE KNOWN AS THE <br />"MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />Municipal Code of Mounds View: Chapters one <br />(1) through three hundred (300), inclusive, <br />and amendments, additions, or revisions <br />hereafter adopted, of the Municipal Code of <br />Mounds View, which is a revision and recodi- <br />fication of the ordinances of the City of <br />Mounds View consisting of Ordinance number one <br />(1) through four hundred twenty-six (426), <br />inclusive, shall hereby be known as the <br />Municipal Code of Mounds View. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Adoption of Code: The Mounds View Municipal <br />Code is hereby adopted as the general and <br />special laws, ordinances, and rules in force <br />in the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Additions and Amendments to the Code: <br />Ordinances passed and adopted after the <br />effective date of the Municipal Code of Mounds <br />View, hereinafter referred to as the "Code", <br />shall carry consecutive numbers, and shall be <br />passed as additions or amendments to the <br />Code. The Municipal attorney shall be <br />responsible for incorporating into the Code <br />such subsequent ordinances on at least a <br />quarterly basis. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Repeal and Preservation of Existing Rights: <br />Mounds View ordinances one (1) through four <br />hundred twenty-six (426), inclusive, are <br />hereby recodified, amended, revised and in the <br />event of an inconsistency with the provisions <br />of this Code are hereby repealed. The <br />enactment of this Code shall not affect or <br />impair any act done or right vested or <br />accrued, or any proceeding, suit or <br />prosecution had or commenced, shall remain in <br />full force and effect to all intents and <br />purposes as if such ordinance or part thereof <br />so repealed had remained in force. No offense <br />committed and no liability, penalty or <br />forfeiture, either civilly or criminally, <br />incurred prior to the time when any such <br />ordinance or part thereof shall be repealed or <br />altered by the adoption of this Code, shall <br />
