<br />The Council of the City of Mounds View hereby ordains:

<br />32.02 .Composition. Such Planning and Zoning Commission
<br />shall consist of seven members wt~o shall be appointed dsfo11ows:

<br />(1) Seveh members feom the residence population of Mounds
<br />View, other than persons elected to a public body, to be appointed
<br />by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. The appointees
<br />shall have terms as follows: two for one year, flLaL ter~
<br />"expiring December 31, 1959; two for two years, first term
<br />expiring December 31, 1960; three for three yea:";; , first term
<br />"'expiring December 31,1961. . l\llappointments are to be made
<br />each year at the first regular meeting of the Co~nci1in:Jantiary.
