<br />Closing Hours. Every on-sale licensee'shall be
<br />responsiblo for the removal of all persons, who
<br />are not employoes of said licensee, frOT;\ the _
<br />licensed premises wi thin thirty minutes after the ..'
<br />sale of intoxicating liquors is prohibited by law;
<br />except, those premises that nre also licen~od as
<br />res~aurants under Chapter 111 of this Code or
<br />licensed as b0171ing alleys under Chapter 115 of
<br />this Code, and that said restaurants or bm.'ling
<br />alleys are open and operating subsequent to the
<br />prohibition referred to herein, in which case
<br />persons may remain on said premises. In no event
<br />may intoxicating or non-intoxicating liquor be
<br />served or consumed on any licensed premises con-
<br />trary to law.
