AREA AND <br />BUILDING SIZE REGULATIONS" <br /> <br />Th~counciloft.the City of Mounds View does hereby crdain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 40. 06 Subdivision B Lot Areas shai1 "bl:: . <br />amended by adding the following paragraph (3): <br /> <br />(3) Minor Subdivisions. The City Council may authorize <br />the creation of a lot that does not fully conf0rm to <br />the width requirements speci[i~d in {l) above under <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) the lot must be an interior lot and zoned R-l <br />Single Family District; <br /> <br />b) the frontage of the lots created shall not be 1es~ <br />than 75 feet; <br /> <br />c) the minimum square feet area requirements in (2) <br />above shall be provided; <br /> <br />el) ill1 existing structures and any proposed structures <br />shall meet all yard requirements under Chapter 40.05. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
