CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />BY AMENDING l.HAPTER 6.31 "PERSONNEL, HOLIDA\"3" <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />SECTION T. Chapter 6.31 HOLIDAYS shall be amended by <br />revising Subdivision 1 to read as follows: <br /> <br />!; <br />f' <br /> <br />!': <br />i. <br />I <br />I. <br />i: <br />I <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The following shall be legal <br />holidays f0r all regular full-time employees subject <br />to this chapter: New Year's Day, president's Day, Good <br />Friday, Memori~l Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus <br />Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. <br />If Christmas Day, New Year's DoY, Independence Day, or <br />Veteran's Day falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday <br />.will be considered a holiday. If Christmas Day, New <br />Year's Day, Independence Day, or Veteran's Day falls <br />on a Sunday, the following Monday will be considered <br />a holiday.
