<br />amended b}' revising Subdivision D(8)f. to rello as follows:

<br />wide curb cut shall be permissible for medium density
<br />residcntial IH-2 I; R-3) uses. subject to requirements
<br />of 40.07 SubJ. l!(H)j. ~omnlerciall1ses (13..1 through 13-4)
<br />and inoustrialuscs (1-1 and 1-2).

<br />SECTION II. Section 40.07 SubJ. 11(8) shall also be amended by adding
<br />the following paragraph j:

<br />for each one hundred twenty-five (125) feet of street

<br />to one (1) curb cut access per property unless upon
<br />application for a variance of this restriction the
<br />Board of Adjustment and Appeals finds that it is in
<br />the interest of public safety to waive such. Medium
<br />density residential (2 to 6 units) may have two
<br />curb cuts, provided that each individu~l cut does
<br />'hoL ~~cecd t~clve (121 feet and that their surfaces
<br />'arc a minimum of forty (40) feet apart.
