<br />76.01 Granting to Northern Sates Power Company, a Minnesota corporatio'l,
<br />its successors and assigns, permission to conduct, operate, repair, and maintain,
<br />in the_ City of l-lounds View, mnnesota, an electric distribution system and
<br />transmission lines, including necessary poles, pole lineS, and fixtures and
<br />~urtcnanccs: for the furnishing of electric energy to the City and its
<br />inhabitants, ~nd others, and to use the strcets, alleys, public ways and public
<br />grounds of said City for such purposes,

<br />SECTION 1. Definitions.

<br />Subd~ In this ordinance "City", "City Council" and City Clerk" me:)n, ,

<br />and the Clerk of the City of Nounds View.
