<br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View'doesherebyordain:

<br />Section 1, Chaptet 110 shall be Qmcnded to read as follows:

<br />110.01 Definitions.
<br />
<br />Subdivision 1. "Peddler" means any person, whether a r:esident of
<br />the City of Mounds View or not, who go~s from house to house, from place
<br />to place, or from street to street, conveying or transporting goods, "
