Pursuant to M.S. 462.355, Subdivisic~ 4, the <br />Ci ty has a'lthori r:.y to extend the pro'! isions of Mounds' View <br />Ordinance No. 301 as amended by Mou~ds View Ordinance No~ 305 <br />for additional periods. <br /> <br />'~"'. <br /> <br />1.;02 Purpose.
