<br />Chapter 101.03, Applications for License, is
<br />amended as follows:
<br />
<br />Subdivision 1. Every aDol ication for a license 0-
<br />to sell beer shall be m~de on a form suppl.ied by
<br />the Municipality and shall state the nat:ne' -of the.
<br />applicant, his age, representations asto"his
<br />character with such references as may be required,
<br />his citizenship, whether the application is for':
<br />"on-sale" or "off-sale", the busines.in ~onnec~i6n,
<br />with which the proposed licensewi'lloper-ate'-a,no'its'
<br />location, whether applicant is-owner and,operator ,~-'
<br />ot the business, how long he has been in that "
<br />business at that place, and such other information
<br />as the Cr.u~cil may require from time to time.
<br />It shall be unlawful to make any ~alse statement'
<br />in an applic;tion. Applications shall be filed
<br />with the Clerk-Administrator.
