<br />Subdivision l2. Special Approval from Council. In the case of~
<br />an application for a sign requiring a special permit, or which will,
<br />be illuminated, or moving, or of unusual height, size, design, or
<br />location, the Clerk-Administrator shall refer such sign to the council
<br />for approval. No permit for any such sign, ~o refer~ed, shall be
<br />issued without first obtaining the approval of th~ Council.

<br />Subdivision 13. Future Permits. A permit shall not be iss~ed
<br />for any new billboard or advertising sign located off the premi~es ,
<br />where the advertised p'-oduct is sold, if such billhoard or sign'would
<br />be within three hundl .: (300) feet of any other such billboard or
<br />sign already in exist,"lce. Any billboard destroyed by an act of Gbd
<br />may be rebuilt within thi~ty (30) days, if the construction Of5am~
<br />would comply with this'subdivision.

<br />Subdivision ]_4. Electioneering Signs. The following regutatiq~s
<br />"shall applY',to allcamr3:1'n signs for pollticalcandidates or issues:

<br />(1) No more th~n one eJ ~ctioneering sign shall be erected per
<br />candidate or issued along each street frontage of any parcel of larid.
<br />
<br />(2) Electioneering signs shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet
<br />and not exceed four (4) feet in height above the ground except, where
<br />,..such sign~'are located nC' closer than one hundred fifty (150) feet: to
<br />'the property'line of a residential dwelling ", the maximum size shall: '.
<br />be thirty-two (32) square feet and the maximum height above the '.
<br />grcur.d sn~ll be six (6) feet.

<br />(3) Electioneering signs may be displ~yed from the last day ot ,
