<br />107.05, Appl~cation Form. The application herein provided
<br />for shall be ~n the form specified by and made to the Clerk- ,
<br />Administrator and shall be sufficient to show that the applicant is
<br />eligible for a-ricense-and' that the operations described confOrm to
<br />the law and this chapter.

<br />premises upon which th~ said game is conducted. No person shall
<br />make a false statement in an. application. copies cf each application
<br />shall be referred to the Po:'';'ce Chief for his recommendation.:

<br />107.09 Council Action.' After presentation of the applica-
<br />tion and the fees as herein p'rovided, the Council shall, in its
<br />discretion, either grant or deny the same within 180 days from the
<br />date of application but shall not issue ~ license until at least
<br />'30 days after the date of application.

<br />107.l0Transfer., No permit issued under this <:hapter:shall
<br />be transferred to any other organization. No suchoermitshall.be ,
<br />: transferr,ed to any locat lon other than that specified in the license'
<br />without prior approval of the Council.
