<br />107.15 Permitted Activities on Leased Premises.

<br />Subdivision 1. Limit on Bingo Occasions. Any person,:

<br />the lessor organization shall report to the City Council the disposi-

<br />Subdivision 3. Term of Lease; Rentals. No permittee shall "
<br />conduct bingo on any leased premises without a written lease for a
<br />term at least equal to the remainder of the term of the bingo:permit
