<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
<br />OF MOUNDS VIEW BY'hMENDING,CHAPTER ,100,
<br />ENTITLED "INTOXICATING LIQUORS"
<br />
<br />The Council of the City of M6unds View does hereby otd~in;
<br />
<br />SECTION 1.
<br />
<br />Chapter 100.09, Subdivision 3, Sunday
<br />Sales, is amended as follows:
<br />
<br />Subdivision 3. Sunday Sales. Nothwith-
<br />standing the provisions of SUbdiyisiori,l,
<br />"on-sale" establishments licensed to'sell
<br />, intoxicating liquor on Sunday maY' serVe"
<br />same between the hotlrs'of 12 o'clock,
<br />noon and 12 o'clock midnight on Sundays
<br />in conjunction with the sel:'ving of food. "
<br />In addition, the City Council may~"'
<br />authorize, by license, a licensee to
<br />~erve, intoxicatirig liquors between the
<br />hours of 10: 00 a.m. and 12: 00 noon on ,
<br />Sunday in conjunction with the serving
<br />of food only to persons seated at tables
<br />ordinarily used for dining. Provided,
<br />however, that the licensed establishment
<br />is in conformance withthe'Minn~sota
<br />Clean Indoor Air Act~

<br />This ordinance shall take effect 30 days
<br />after the date uf its publication.
