<br />f <br /> <br />_. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />~..., <br />r". <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 403 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The following shall be added to Chapter <br />40.04: <br /> <br />Subdivision T. Satellite Dish Antennas. The instal- <br />lation of satellite dish antennas in R-l, R-2 and R-5, <br />Residential Districts, shall meet the following require- <br />ments: <br /> <br />(1) The maximum dish diameter shall be 12 feet. <br /> <br />(2) A dish with a diameter larger than 3 feet shall <br />not be installed on any structure, building, <br />garage, or accessory building; but shall be ground <br />mounted. <br /> <br />(3) A dish shall not be installed in a front yard or <br />side yard. <br /> <br />(4) The location of a dish shall satisfy building <br />setback requirements of City Code Chapter 40.05, <br />Subd. C, and solar sky space easement requirements <br />of City Code Chapter 40.04, Subd. D. <br /> <br />(5) The total height of the installation shall not <br />exceed 15 feet. <br /> <br />(6) A building permit is required prior to installa- <br />tion. <br /> <br />(7) The installation shall comply with Federal <br />Commication Commission regulations. <br /> <br />Subdivision U. Installation of Satellite Dish Antennas <br />in Other Zoning Districts shall meet the following require- <br />ments: <br /> <br />(1) The location of a dish shall satisfy building <br />'back requirements of City Code Chapter 40.05, <br />~.
