<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 500 <br /> <br />CITY .OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 60 ENTITLED, <br />"BUILDING CODE AND LICENSE FEES" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. 60.03 LICENSES <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. License Required. Before any person, firm, or corporation shall <br />engage in the business of doing or performing any of the work set forth in <br />Subdivision 2 in the Municipality, they shall first obtain' a City license to do so as <br />more fully provided for in this Chapter. A City license shall n~t be required if' <br />said person. firm. or corporation is licensed 'with. the State of Minnesota and if <br />said license is valid for the work being perform~d in Mounds View. A fee for <br />checking the status of the State issued license may be charged and will be set by <br />. ' , <br />resolutIon. <br /> <br />, SECTION II.
