Title 1114.02 of the Mounds View Zoning code shall be amended to read: <br /> <br />1114.02: <br /> <br />PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted uses in a B-3 <br />District: <br /> <br />All permitted uses as allowed in a B-2 Limited Business District. <br /> <br />Amusement centers. <br /> <br />Commercial recreational uses. <br /> <br />Grocery stores, supermarkets. <br /> <br />Motels, motor hotels and hotels; provided, that the lot area contains not less than five <br />hundred (500) square feet oflot area per unit. <br /> <br />,"_ o. <br /> <br />MOtOI vehide and IeGleation equipmeirt sales and garages accessory thereto. <br /> <br />Private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages with use being restricted to <br />members and their guests. The service of alcohol beverages to members and their guests shall be <br />allowed; provided, that such service is in compliance with applicable federal, state and <br />municipal regulations.
