<br />~,SECTION t. Title 1114.02 of the Mounds
<br />1 VIew Zoning Code shall be amended to rea~:
<br />, 1114.02: PERMITTED USES: The following
<br />",' are permitted uses in a B-3 District:
<br />(" All permitted uses as allowed in a B-2
<br />Umited Business District.
<br />Amusement centers.
<br />Commercial recreational uses.
<br />Grocery stores, supermarkets.
<br />Motels, motor hotels and hotels; provided,
<br />that the lot area contains not less than five
<br />hundred (500) square feet of lot area per
<br />unit. '

<br />. Private clubs or lodges serving food and
<br />beverages with use being restricted to
<br />members and their guests. Adequate dining
<br />room, kitchen and bar space must be
<br />provided according to standards imposed
<br />'upon similar unrestricted customer
<br />operations. The service of alcohol beverages
<br />'to members and their guests shall be
<br />allowed; provided, that such service is in
<br />pompliance with applicable federal, state and
<br />municipal regulations. Officers of such use
<br />,shall be limited to no more than twenty
<br />percent (20%) of the gross floor area of the
<br />building. '

<br />material to control dust, drainage and erosion
<br />which is subject to the approval of the
<br />Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
<br />f. A drainage system, subject to 1he
<br />'approval of the Director of PublicWorks/CitY"
<br />Engineer, shall be installed and maintained.
