<br />r <br /> <br />r.', <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 404 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4.02 OF THE HOME <br />RULE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The Mounds View Charter Commission met on <br />December 19, 1985 and unanimously approved an <br />amendment to the Home Rule Charter to comply with <br />the provisions of Minnesota Law relating to the <br />timelines for filing for candidacy for local office. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Chapter 4, Section 4.02 is amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4.02 Filing for Office. No earlier than <br />fe~~y-~we fifty-six days nor later than eweftey- <br />ei~h~ forty-two days before any municipal election, <br />any resident of the city qualified under state law <br />for elective office may by filing an affidavit and <br />by paying a filing fee to the Clerk-Administrator in <br />an amount as set by ordinance have his/her name <br />placed on the municipal election ballot. <br /> <br />SECTION III.
