<br />, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 405 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RENEWING ORDINANCE NO. 390 PROHIBITING <br />DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES ON AN INTERIM BASIS <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 390 Prohibiting Development <br />of certain properties on an interim basis adopted by <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View on <br />May 28, 1985 having an effective date of July 5, <br />1985 is hereby renewed. <br /> <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in force for <br />eighteen (18) months from its effective date, unless <br />repealed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SECTION III.
