<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EMERGENCY ORDINANCE #1 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WH~REAS, a pipeline owned by Williams Pipeline <br />Company exploded within the City of Mounds View on or about <br />4:30 a.m. on July 8, 1986 causing serious bodily injuries <br />and extensive property damage to property owned by residents <br />in the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to protect the public health, safety, and <br />welfare of its residents, the Mounds View City Council in an <br />emergency session hereby ordains that the Civil Defense <br />Director, Police Chief and Fire Chief are given all <br />authorities necessary to deal with this disaster in an <br />orderly fashion. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Mounds View City Council this 8th <br />day of July, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />'2tLJ ~ <br />Q4ff~r ' <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />..... <br />
