<br />-., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />--I <br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 410 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEv~ BY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 59.03, ENTITLED, "BUILDING PERMITS AND FEES" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 59.03, "Building Permits and Fees", <br />Subdivision 2 of the Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />adding the following, <br /> <br />(13) Construction, reconstruction, or repair of <br />a permanent or temporary nature of any <br />pipeline transporting any volatile <br />material, including but not limited to <br />crude or refined oil, diesel oil, fuel oil, <br />gasoline, or natural gas. A permit for <br />the above defined work may be issued by <br />the City Council only after a public <br />hearing has been held after published <br />notice has been placed in the official <br />newspaper of the City two weeks prior to <br />said hearing. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
