<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 412 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 71 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED, "MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM" <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Chapter 71.10 entitled, "Maintenance of Sewer" is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />71.10 Maintenance of Sewer. Each property owner shall be <br />responsible for maintaining an unobstructed sewer line from <br />the building located on the premises to the sewer main and <br />each property owner shall be responsible for all repairs to <br />that portion of the sewer line between said building and the <br />sewer main. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date <br />of its publication. <br /> <br />Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on the 22rd <br />day of September, 1986 <br /> <br />Read and passed by the Council of the City of Mounds View <br />this 13 day of October , 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />/' <br />,,/ <br />
