<br />ORDINANCE NO. 415 <br /> <br />.e: <br />" <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Chapter 40.14, Subd. C, is amended by deleting <br />the following: <br /> <br />(1) All permitted accessory uses in an R-4 District. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Chapter 40.14, Subd. C, is amended by adding <br />the following: <br /> <br />(1) Permitted accessory uses for mobile home and <br />manufactured home parks are limited to: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a. Entryway airlock up to 50 square feet. <br />Entryway airlock exceeding 25 square feet <br />must bear the State Building Inspector's <br />seal of code compliance. <br />b. Detached accessory building (216 square foot <br />maximum) <br />c. Deck <br />d. Patio <br />e. Room addition up to 200 square feet bearing <br />the State Building Inspector's seal of code <br />compliance. <br /> <br />(2) Permitted accessory uses for R-5 District uses other <br />than mobile home and manufactured home parks: <br /> <br />a. All permitted accessory uses in an R-4 Ditrict. <br /> <br />SECTION III.
