<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 416 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The following shall be added to Chapter <br />40.03, Non-Conforming Buildings, Structures and Uses, <br />Subdivision G: <br /> <br />(1) Non-conforming driveways may be reconstructed or <br />repaired to the existing size and shape if one of <br />the following criteria is satisfied: <br /> <br />a. A building permit was granted by the City <br />allowing the non-conforming driveway to be <br />constructed. <br />b. If the abutting property owners that are <br />directly affected by the non-conforming <br />driveway sign a petition stating "we are <br />aware that the abutting driveway is <br />non-conforming to existing City Code <br />requirements and we have no objection to the <br />-driveway being reconstructed or repaired to <br />its existing size and shape". <br /> <br />SECTION II.
