<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 427 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 97 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 97 enti tIed, "Public <br />Improvement Revolving Fund" is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION II. All monies presently in the Public <br />Improvement Revolving Fund be transferred to the General <br />Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
