<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 428 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1987 LONG-TERM FINANCIAL PLAN <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The 1987 Long-Term Financial Plan as <br />presented on August 10, 1987 and on file in the Clerk- <br />Administrator's Office for public review is hereby adopted. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
