<br />Ia <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 431 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Chapter 40.02, Rules and Definitions, <br />Subd. B, is amended by adding the following: <br /> <br />(24) Delicatessen. <br /> <br />An establishment which serves prepared food such <br />as cooked meats, sandwiches, or salads or other <br />food items which do not require kitchen facilities <br />for preparation with the exception of conventional <br />and microwave ovens. The majority of the business <br />would be as carry-out with the maximum amount of <br />seating allowed on premises being 24 seats. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
