<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 432 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING SKIBA AVENUE, LIBERTY <br />STREET, AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN VACATED <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY OF RAYMOND AVENUE <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The part of Skiba Avenue located adjacent <br />to Lot 16, Block 1, Skiba's Defense, all parts of Liberty <br />Street adjacent to Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, Skiba's defense <br />and the existing utility easement located within the vacated <br />right-of-way of Raymond Avenue, Pinecrest Addition, shall be <br />vacated. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
