<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 433 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 359 VACATING A PORTION <br />OF ST. STEPHEN STREET AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. A perpetual easement for sanitary sewer <br />interceptors and appurtenances shall be granted <br />to Metropolitan Waste Control Commission on said <br />land described as follows, <br /> <br />The west 15 feet of that portion of St. <br />Stephen Street right-of-way lying north of <br />the south line of Lot 11 and south of north <br />line of Lot 3 all in Block 1, Nordling <br />Terrace in the City of Mounds View, Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />SECTION II. The following legally described street right-of- <br />way shall be vacated subject to t he easement <br />described in Section I. <br /> <br />The 1,247.06 feet of that portion of St. <br />Stephen Street right-of-way lying north of <br />Bronson Drive and south of County Road I <br />all in Section 8, Township 30, Range 23 in <br />the City of Mounds View, Ramsey County. <br /> <br />SECTION III. The following legally described drainage shall <br />be vacated: <br /> <br />The south 12.5 feet of Lot 4 and the north <br />12.5 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Nordling <br />Terrace (Document No. 163496). <br /> <br />SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) <br />days after the date of its publication and <br />recording with the Ramsey County Recorderls <br />Office. <br /> <br />Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on this <br />28 day of December, 1987. <br /> <br />J <br />
