<br />. <br /> <br />48.06 <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />The quality of water infiltrated to the water table <br />or aquifer shall remain substantially, as <br />determined by the City, unchanged by the alteration <br />of the site. <br /> <br />17. All buildings, other than accessory buildings, as <br />defined in Chapter 40 of this Code, shall be <br />setback at least 100 feet from the wetland. <br /> <br />18. All accessory buildings as defined in Chapter 40 of <br />this Code shall be setback not less than the <br />requirements set forth in Chapter 40.05 subdivision <br />C. <br /> <br />19. The lowcst floor clcvation of minimum buildings- <br />elevation permitted in a wetland zoning district <br />shall be as defined in the Local Water Manaqement <br />Plan'at lcast two (2) fcct abovc thc clc7ation of <br />the 0100 ycar frcqucncy flood levcl. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />20. No alteration shall be allowed which will endanger <br />the health, safety, or welfare of persons, or which <br />may resul t in unusual . road maintenance costs or <br />utility line breakages due to soil limitations, <br />including high frost action. <br /> <br />21. Removal of vegetation within a wetland zoning <br />district shall be permitted only when reasonably <br />required for the placement of structures and use of <br />property. <br /> <br />Subdivision 4. <br /> <br />Conditions <br /> <br />A. 1. A wetland alteration permit may be approved subject <br />to conditions reasonable and necessary to ensure <br />compliance with the requirements contained in <br />48.06, Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3. Such conditions <br />may, among other matters <br /> <br />a. Provide for the enhancement of wetland storm water <br />storage, fish and wildlife habitat, and water <br />quali ty enhancement functions of wetland zoning <br />districts; <br /> <br />. <br />
