<br />I ..~. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 511 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 81 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW BY ADDING CITY WIDE RESTRICTIONS ON THE PARKING OF VEHICLES <br />ON PUBLIC STREETS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 A.M. AND 6:00 A.M. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The Mounds View City Code, section 81.02 is <br />amended to add a new subdivision to read: <br /> <br />Subdivision 7. Restricted Hours. No person shall stop, stand <br />or park a motor vehicle or trailer on any street or highway in the <br />City between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except as <br />otherwise authorized by this code or unless directed or authorized <br />by a police officer or traffic control device. The City Council may <br />authorize exceptions from this subdivision. Any street or highway <br />so excepted must be posted with a sign indicating that parking <br />between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. is allowed. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
