<br />.. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 512 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 104 ENTITLED "GARBAGE AND RUBBISH" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Chapter 104, Garbage and Rubbish, is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />104.01 <br /> <br />Definitions. <br /> <br />(10) <br />but not to <br />corrug;lted <br />recyclable <br /> <br />"Recyclable Materials" as used herein shall include, <br />be limited to, tin ;lnd ;lluminum C;lno, ne\lOp;lpero, <br />c;lrdbo;lrd, ;lnd gl;loo. those materials designated as <br />by city Council Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
