<br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 514 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />BY AMENDING CHAPTER 116 ENTITLED, "ITINERANT AMUSEMENT RIDES, <br />CARNIVALS, CIRCUSES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Chapter 116.04, Subdivision 1, is amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />116.04 Insurance. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(1) The licensee shall obtain and keep in full force and <br />effect proper insurance coverage to protect the municipality and <br />said licensee against any liability for personal injury property <br />damage sustained by any person as a result of the operation of said <br />amusement rides, carnival or circus. Said insurance coverage shall <br />provide protection against liability up to a sum of at least <br />$50,000 $100,000 per property damage a.nd $100,000/ $3 00,000 for <br />persona.l injury. in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per <br />occurrence, insurinq the operator aqainst liability for iniury to <br />persons arisinq out of the use of an amusement ride. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
