<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 515 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />BY REPEALING CHAPTER 64, ENTITLED, "CIVIL DEFENSE" AND <br />ADOPTING A NEW CHAPTER 64, ENTITLED, "EMERGENCY SERVICES" <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />Chapter 64, Entitled, "civil Defense" <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />The new Chapter 64, "Emergency Services" <br />is hereby adopted as attached. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect <br />thirty days after the date of its <br />publication. <br /> <br />Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />this 10 day of August, 1992 . <br /> <br />SECTION III. <br /> <br />Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View this 24 day of August , 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~~~ <br />it At~ r ey <br />
