<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 520 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 59 ENTITLED, <br />"BUILDING PERMITS AND FEES" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. 59.03 Types of Work Requiring a Permit. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. (1) Any proposed work that will create new structural framework. <br />alter the existing structural framework, or change the use or occupancy of any existing <br />building. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
