<br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 521 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 60 ENTITLED, <br />"BUILDING CODE AND LICENSE FEES" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. 60.01 STATE BUILDING CODE. Effective July 1, 1972, all <br />building within the Municipality shall be regulated by La','/s, 1971, Chapter 561. current <br />State Statutes as amended from time to time. <br /> <br />SECTION II. 60.02 ADOPTION OF MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING <br />CODE. There is hereby adopted by Mounds View for the purpose of providing <br />uniform standards to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare by <br />regulating and controlling design, construction, quality of materials, use and occupancy <br />of all buildings and structures, the Minnesota State Building Code, 1980 EditioB, as <br />amended from time to time. <br /> <br />.
